- Account information — your name or organization name, email address, phone number, and password (passwords are stored in a secure, hashed form). You provide these when you register.
- Financial and business content — the information you enter to use the Service, such as invoices, payment details, bank account details, financial reports, suppliers, and related records.
- Documents you choose to upload — files you attach to your records (for example, invoice or permit documents).
- Information stored on your device — a session token saved locally to keep you signed in.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to operate and improve the Service, including to:

- Process, store, and display your invoices, financial reports, and related records;
- Enable the invoice, transfer, and reporting workflows between organizations and their designated banks;

- With banks and organizations you transact with — the core purpose of Ehsibly is to let organizations submit invoices and financial documents to their designated bank(s). Information you submit as part of a transaction is shared with the relevant bank or counterparty within the Service.
- With service providers — infrastructure and hosting providers that operate our servers on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
- For legal reasons — where required by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, accounting, and financial-record obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see “Your Rights” below).
5. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Passwords are stored in hashed form, and data is transmitted over secure, encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and continuously improve our safeguards.

Ehsibly is a business and financial tool intended for use by organizations, banks, and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located in the country where our infrastructure is hosted. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in locations that may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.
